Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the US-based marketing team for daily operational tasks and campaign activities
- Regularly manage and update platform data and backend operations
- Ensure accuracy in data entry, content management, and order-related updates
- Support campaign implementation and platform modifications as required
- Track platform activities and report any issues, discrepancies, or updates promptly
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure smooth communication between teams
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good typing speed with high attention to accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively with international teams; flexibility for US shift preferred
- Detail-oriented with good coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM/platform handling and backend operations is an added advantage
