Roles:
- Manage and grow the company//'s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and execute daily social media activities.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics aligned with the company//'s branding.
- Write compelling captions and marketing content for social media platforms.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, exhibitions, recruitment, and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
- Design creatives using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Edit short-form videos and reels for social media engagement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Enhance online visibility and engagement through innovative marketing initiatives.
- Track social media performance using Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and other tools.
- Prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.
- Suggest innovative content ideas and promotional strategies.
Qualification:
- Bachelor//'s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.
