1. Back Office Executive (Telecalling)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle telecalling and client communication professionally
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Explain exhibition offerings and convert leads into sales
Maintain accurate data and follow-ups in the system
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM)
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
Ability to handle clients and generate sales
2. Sales Executive (Field Work)
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and create market awareness for exhibitions
Visit clients across different cities/states for sales meetings
Convert prospects into confirmed exhibitors/participants
Represent the brand professionally in the market
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English
Well-groomed and presentable personality
Willingness to travel across states
Basic computer knowledge (emails, presentations, follow-ups)
Sales-oriented mindset with ability to close deals
