We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven, and deeply ethical Virtual Sales Executive to spearhead our business development efforts. In this remote role, you will be the driving force behind our growth engine, managing everything from cold outreach and LinkedIn lead generation to nurturing channel partnerships and closing high-intent hot leads.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Outreach
- LinkedIn Prospecting: Actively identify, connect with, and engage decision-makers on LinkedIn to build a robust pipeline.
- Cold Calling: Conduct strategic cold calling campaigns to introduce our solutions to targeted prospects and book discovery meetings.
- Multi-Channel Nurturing: Utilize email, social selling, and text to follow up with prospects systematically.
2. Deal Closing & Sales Execution
- Hot Lead Conversion: Seamlessly take over inbound/hot leads, conduct deep discovery calls, present tailored solutions, and confidently close deals.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized CRM, ensuring all lead interactions, follow-ups, and deal stages are meticulously tracked.
3. Channel Partnerships & Business Development
- Partner Acquisition: Research, identify, and onboard strategic channel partners to expand our market reach.
- Relationship Management: Nurture existing channel relationships to ensure continuous, mutually beneficial lead flow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, virtual sales, or business development (B2B experience is a major plus).
- LinkedIn Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn outreach strategy, networking, and social selling tools (e.g., Sales Navigator).
- Cold Calling Confidence: A thick skin, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to turn a cold conversation into a warm opportunity.
- Closing Ability: Strong negotiation skills with a proven knack for handling objections and pushing deals across the finish line.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams), and modern sales engagement platforms.
