Laptop Technician – Hardware Technician
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate freshers who are interested in laptop hardware, repair, troubleshooting, and refurbishment. The candidate should be eager to learn and build a career in the IT hardware industry.
The role involves diagnosing, repairing, testing, upgrading, and refurbishing laptops and desktops.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware issues
- Replace and repair laptop components such as RAM, SSD, keyboard, battery, display, fan, motherboard, etc.
- Install operating systems, drivers, and software
- Perform laptop testing and quality checks
- Clean and refurbish used laptops/desktops
- Maintain repair and service records
- Support inventory and spare parts handling
- Ensure proper handling of customer devices and company assets
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI / Diploma / Engineering graduates
- Freshers can apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
Educational Qualification
- ITI in Electronics / Computer Hardware / Electrical
- Diploma in Electronics / Computer Science / Hardware Networking
- BE / BTech (Electronics, ECE, EEE, Computer Science, IT)
Desired Skills
- Basic knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware
- Passion and interest in computer hardware and repair
- Understanding of OS installation and formatting
- Willingness to learn troubleshooting and motherboard-level basics
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations
