Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive online sales for the jewellery business. The role involves managing social media platforms, website updates, paid advertising, and content creation while maintaining the brand's premium image.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
Manage social media accounts by creating engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
Coordinate product photography and video shoots for jewellery collections.
Upload and update products on the website and e-commerce platforms.
Optimize website content using SEO techniques to improve search rankings.
Run paid advertising campaigns and monitor ROI.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
Generate online leads and support sales through digital channels.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, influencers, and agencies.
Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
Monitor competitors' digital activities and industry trends.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is an advantage.
Understanding of e-commerce and online jewellery sales.
Strong communication and content writing skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data.
Creativity in developing campaigns and promotional ideas.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Digital Marketing Certification is preferred.
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Experience in the jewellery, luxury retail, or fashion industry will be preferred.
