- Any Graduate / HSC with Computer Knowledge
- Diploma or Certification in Computer Applications is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Computer Operations, Data Entry, or MIS.
- Freshers with excellent Excel knowledge can also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Proficiency in:
- VLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- XLOOKUP (preferred)
- IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF
- INDEX & MATCH
- Pivot Tables
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- Text Functions (LEFT, RIGHT, MID, TRIM)
- Sorting & Filtering
- Charts and Reports
- Good knowledge of MS Word and Outlook.
- Basic Internet and Email handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in Excel and ERP software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Use Excel formulas to analyze and verify data.
- Perform V LOOKUP/X LOOKUP and other functions for data matching and reconciliation.
- Create and maintain Pivot Tables and summary reports.
- Check data accuracy and correct errors.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and report preparation.
- Generate reports as required by management.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
