- Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients.
- Assess patients' physical and clinical condition on admission and throughout treatment.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, procedures, and operations.
- Perform nursing procedures such as IV cannulation, catheterization, wound dressing, suctioning, and specimen collection.
- Observe patients for any changes in condition and immediately report abnormalities to the concerned doctor.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, medication administration, and nursing notes.
- Ensure proper shift handover with complete patient status and treatment details.
- Follow infection prevention and control protocols, including hand hygiene and PPE usage.
- Ensure proper segregation and disposal of biomedical waste as per hospital guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene of patient care areas.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment, medication, diet, and discharge instructions.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, and other departments.
- Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
- Check the functionality of medical equipment before use and report any malfunction immediately.
- Maintain adequate stock of medicines, consumables, and emergency supplies in the assigned area.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to medical emergencies and code situations.
- Adhere to hospital policies, nursing protocols, NABH standards, and statutory regulations.
- Participate in departmental meetings, clinical audits, training programs, and continuing nursing education.
- Demonstrate professionalism, ethical conduct, teamwork, and effective communication.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Nursing Superintendent, Nursing In-Charge, or hospital management.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
