Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to drive property sales, investor acquisition, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a deep understanding of real estate or investment-based products.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Conversion
- Generate and manage leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms
- Convert prospects into customers through effective presentations and negotiations
- Handle end-to-end sales process from inquiry to closing
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property/investment options
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain CRM updates
Site Visits & Presentations
- Conduct property site visits and walkthroughs
- Explain project features, pricing, ROI, and benefits clearly
- Deliver professional presentations to individual clients and groups
Market Knowledge
- Stay updated with real estate trends, competitor pricing, and local market insights
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and demand
Documentation & Coordination
- Assist clients with booking process and documentation
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth closure
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in real estate sales / property consulting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in sales or lead conversion
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
- Ability to work on targets and incentives
Preferred Skills
- Experience in investment-based sales (high-ticket deals)
- Knowledge of coworking space / commercial real estate
- Strong local network in Kochi or Kerala
- Digital lead handling experience (WhatsApp, Instagram, website leads)
