About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken, and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, handling customer queries, coordinating with sales teams, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle follow-ups with customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer handling and order processing.
- Understand customer requirements and assist in lead conversion.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally through calls, messages, and emails.
- Maintain daily customer and sales records in Excel/software systems.
- Generate new leads when required through calls, references, or online platforms.
- Ensure proper communication between customers and internal teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly follow-up and sales reports.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi/Punjabi.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
