Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's finance function and support business growth. The role involves overseeing financial planning, reporting, cash flow management, compliance, budgeting, and business decision support while building scalable financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reporting.
· Manage cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the organization.
· Oversee accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and financial controls.
· Develop financial models and provide strategic insights to support business growth.
· Partner with founders on business planning, expansion, and profitability initiatives.
· Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, investors, and other stakeholders.
· Build and strengthen finance processes, systems, and team capabilities.
Requirements
· CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
· Strong experience in finance, accounting, compliance, and business finance.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
· Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience in startup, D2C, e-commerce, retail, or consumer businesses is preferred.
