About Us
Devkrishna Trucking is an authorized BharatBenz dealership handling Sales, Service, and Parts for Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV). We're looking for a reliable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our dealership premises, vehicles, and staff.
Role Overview
The Security Guard will be responsible for monitoring entry/exit points, safeguarding company property, vehicles, and stock, and maintaining a secure environment across the showroom, workshop, and premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control entry/exit of vehicles, visitors, and staff at the gate
- Maintain a visitor and vehicle in/out register
- Patrol the premises (showroom, workshop, parking, and stockyard) regularly, including at night if on night shift
- Prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage to company property and customer vehicles
- Check and verify identity of visitors, delivery personnel, and vendors before entry
- Report any suspicious activity, security breaches, or emergencies to management immediately
- Assist in fire safety, emergency evacuation, and basic first-response procedures
- Ensure vehicles parked on premises are secure and undamaged
- Operate CCTV monitoring systems, if applicable
- Maintain discipline and orderly movement of traffic within the premises
- Support opening/closing procedures of the dealership premises
Requirements
- Minimum 10th pass; prior security guard training/certification preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a security guard (dealership, industrial, or commercial premises preferred)
- Physically fit with alertness and good observation skills
- Basic understanding of safety and fire protocols
- Honest, disciplined, and punctual
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night duty
- Local candidates from Supaul and nearby areas preferred
