We are currently looking for dynamic and motivated professionals to join our team for the following positions:
1. Academic Counselor
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding JEE and NEET courses.
Explain course structure, fee details, and admission process.
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain student enquiry records and update CRM / data sheets.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing team for admission campaigns.
Required Skills
Strong communication and counseling skills.
Ability to convince and guide students and parents.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email etc.).
Experience in education counseling or sales will be preferred.
2. Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategies to increase student admissions for JEE and NEET programs.
Build relationships with schools, educational partners, and referral networks.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seminars, and promotional activities.
Manage lead generation activities and ensure admission targets are achieved.
Monitor market trends and competitor institutes.
Coordinate with counselors and management for business growth.
Required Skills
Strong sales and business development skills.
Experience in education industry or coaching institutes preferred.
Excellent networking and relationship building ability.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply (for Counselor role).
