Position Summary The Board of Directors is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next phase of expansion and value creation. Reporting to the Managing Director and Board, the CEO will take complete ownership of business operations, business development, organizational capability building, customer relationships, and financial performance.
This role requires a leader who combines entrepreneurial drive with professional management practices and possesses the capability to transform a successful founder-led organization into a scalable, professionally managed growth enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap approved by the Board, translating the vision into measurable business objectives and driving long-term sustainable growth.
Business Development & Growth: Lead all revenue growth initiatives, building strategic relationships with customers, consultants, mining companies, service providers, and government agencies.
Operations Management: Assume full responsibility for day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, process standardization, and timely delivery of services while maintaining quality.
Financial Leadership: Deliver annual revenue, profitability, and cash flow targets. Prepare budgets and improve operational margins through productivity enhancement and cost optimization.
Leadership & Talent Development: Build and lead a high-performing management team, develop future leaders, and establish succession planning processes.
Quality, Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, maintain ISO, NABL, and other relevant certifications, and implement robust risk management practices.
Three-Year Mandate The CEO will be entrusted with transforming the company from a successful niche service provider into a significantly larger and professionally managed organization. Key objectives include:
Achieving substantial and sustainable revenue growth while expanding market share beyond Mining into Manufacturing, Power, Infrastructure, Metals, Oil & Gas, and Process Industries.
Building a strong second line of leadership and implementing the governance structures necessary for a scalable organization, reducing dependence on founder-driven operations.
Introducing modern management systems, digital tools, and operational technologies to upgrade technical capabilities.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Production, Industrial, Civil, or related discipline).
MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
Minimum 10 to 15 years of progressive leadership experience.
Experience in Inspection Services, NDT, Industrial Services, Engineering Services, Mining, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Power, Oil & Gas, or related sectors.
Proven track record of business growth, organizational development, and profitability improvement.
Experience managing P&L responsibility is an added advantage.
