Job Description
Samskriti Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for B2B and/or B2C businesses.
This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, analytics, marketing automation, and customer acquisition strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across Paid Search, SEO, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, Display & Video Advertising, and Email Marketing.
· Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
· Manage campaign budgets and ensure marketing investments deliver measurable ROI.
· Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
· Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement optimization strategies to improve conversions and reduce acquisition costs.
· Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and landing page optimization initiatives.
· Collaborate with SEO specialists to develop and implement technical SEO, and content optimization strategies.
· Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search performance reviews.
· Monitor organic search visibility and recommend actions to improve rankings and traffic.
· Develop and implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to improve brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms and answer engines.
· Optimize website content to increase eligibility for AI-generated responses, featured snippets, knowledge panels, and zero-click search experiences.
· Conduct research on conversational search behavior and user intent to create content that aligns with AI-driven search experiences.
· Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and community growth.
· Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, nurturing workflows, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
· Monitor email deliverability and campaign effectiveness.
· Utilize analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and marketing automation tools to track performance.
· Analyze website traffic, user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign results.
· Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for clients.
· Present recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance.
· Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, AI-driven marketing solutions, and digital marketing best practices.
· Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify opportunities and industry benchmarks.Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
· 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles.
· Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple digital marketing channels.
· Strong understanding of SEO, Paid Search, Social Media Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing,
· Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience working with B2B SaaS, Professional Services, Healthcare, E-commerce, or Lead Generation campaigns.
· Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar tools.
· Experience leveraging AI tools and automation platforms to improve marketing performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
