Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and driving sales growth by promoting POS (Point of Sale) products in assigned territories. Initial training will be provided to help you understand the product and sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking
- Promote and sell POS (Point of Sale) products to potential clients
- Meet potential customers and present product/service offerings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
- Submit daily reports on sales activities and field visits
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and installation
- Resolve customer queries and provide effective solutions
Requirements:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role (freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and nearby areas
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach
- Own vehicle with a valid driving license (mandatory)
- Graduation in any field (preferred)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling POS, fintech, or payment solutions (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
Salary:
Starting from ₹15,000 per month + variable incentives (performance-based)
