ABOUT THE ROLE
Socialsect sells digital growth systems to businesses in the US and UK. We're not a one-trick shop we bundle website development, SEO, paid ads, and custom solutions into comprehensive growth packages. Deal sizes range from $2K to $10K+, and you'll earn 10% commission on every deal you close.
YOU'LL OWN THE FULL PIPELINE
- Source and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold outreach
- Write professional, personalized email campaigns (no templates, no spam)
- Run discovery calls and diagnose what clients actually need
-With full assistance from the pre-exisitng team
- Present proposals and close deals
- Track metrics, know your conversion rates, and optimize your process
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU *(Required not optional)*
✓ Proven B2B sales experience selling digital services (web development, app development, SaaS, paid ads management, SEO, marketing services, etc.)
✓ LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency — you know how to build lists, research prospects, and craft outreach
✓ Email campaign expertise — you can write professional, compelling cold emails and sequences that actually get responses
✓ Fluent English — sales conversations and written communication need to be sharp and professional
✓ Ownership mentality — you track your own numbers, know why things work or don't, and continuously optimize
✓ Can explain your process — you're not following a script; you understand why your approach works
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling to business owners or decision-makers (practices, clinics, agencies, service providers)
- Experience with email campaign tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.)
