We are seeking a passionate and energetic Physical Education Teacher (PET) to promote physical fitness, sportsmanship, and overall well-being among students. The ideal candidate should be committed to developing students' physical abilities while fostering teamwork, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle through engaging sports and fitness activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct physical education classes in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Organize and supervise indoor and outdoor sports activities, games, and fitness programs.
- Encourage students to participate in sports and extracurricular activities.
- Train students for inter-school competitions, tournaments, and annual sports events.
- Ensure the safety of students during physical education classes and sporting activities.
- Assess students' physical fitness and maintain performance records.
- Promote discipline, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship among students.
- Maintain sports equipment and ensure its proper usage and storage.
- Coordinate annual sports day, fitness programs, and other physical education initiatives.
- Collaborate with school management and teachers to support students' holistic development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed./M.P.Ed.) or an equivalent qualification.
- B.Ed. is mandatory (where applicable).
- 2–5 years of teaching experience as a Physical Education Teacher.
- Experience in a CBSE school is preferred.

- Excellent knowledge of physical education, sports, and fitness training.
- Strong classroom and student management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to lead an active and healthy lifestyle.
- Strong organizational and event management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and student safety protocols.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in coaching one or more sports such as Athletics, Basketball, Volleyball, Football, Badminton, or Yoga will be an added advantage.
- Passionate about student development and promoting physical fitness.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
