Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of a premium residential township. You will be responsible for maintaining high-standard infrastructure, managing specialized utility plants, and ensuring a seamless living
experience for high-profile residents, including the CEO and HODs.
Education : Master Degree/ Technical Degree
Key Responsibilities
1. Infrastructure & Utility Management
Electrical: Electrical maintenance knowledge.
Water & Waste: Monitor the operation and maintenance of the STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and WTP (Water Treatment Plant) to meet environmental and quality standards.Civil Maintenance: Supervise routine repairs, waterproofing, and painting across the township and VIP bungalows.
2. Horticulture & Sports Facilities
Manage the upkeep of lush green areas, the temple gardens, and common parks.Ensure the Cricket Ground is maintained in match-ready condition (pitch health, grass trimming, and lighting).
3. Housekeeping & Hygiene
Maintain "five-star" cleanliness standards across the Clubhouse, Temple, and common roads.Coordinate specialized cleaning schedules for VIP Bungalows ensuring privacy and high-quality service.
4. VIP Resident Relations
Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, HODs, and their families.Handle complaints and service requests with extreme professionalism, urgency, and discretion.
5. Vendor & Team Leadership
Lead a multi-disciplinary team of electricians, plumbers, gardeners, and cleaners. Manage inventory, spare parts procurement, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for all equipment.
Experience : 8–12 years in Facility Management, preferably in premium townships or 5-star hotels.
Technical Knowledge : Hands-on experience with STP/WTP operations and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
Soft Skills : Excellent communication in English and Hindi; ability to handle pressure from high-ranking officials.
Availability : Must be willing to stay on-site or nearby for 24/7 emergency response.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
