Job Summary
The Accounts Associate is responsible for supporting the restaurant’s financial operations by maintaining accurate records, processing daily transactions, and assisting with accounting and compliance tasks. The role ensures smooth handling of cash, expenses, supplier payments, and basic financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily sales, cash receipts, and credit card transactions
- Reconcile cash, POS reports, and bank statements
- Process supplier invoices and prepare payments
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
- Track expenses, petty cash, and staff advances
- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance-related calculations
- Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions
- Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities
- Assist with tax filings, audits, and statutory compliance (as required)
- Coordinate with managers, vendors, and external accountants
- Maintain organized financial files and records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
