Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer to lead luxury residential projects from concept development through execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibilities, client management capabilities, and the ability to independently drive projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead luxury residential interior design projects from concept to handover.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into thoughtful, functional, and aesthetically refined design solutions.
- Develop layouts, presentations, design concepts, and detailed drawings.
- Manage client interactions, presentations, approvals, and design discussions.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Oversee material selection, furniture specifications, lighting, finishes, and custom design elements.
- Ensure project timelines, design quality, and execution standards are maintained.
- Conduct site visits and support execution teams to ensure design intent is achieved.
- Stay updated with global design trends, materials, and innovations.
Requirements
- 5–12 years of experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Strong experience in luxury residential interiors.
- Proven experience handling projects independently from design through execution.
- Excellent space planning and design development skills.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry-standard design software.
- Knowledge of materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and execution processes.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, consultants, and contractors.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling premium residential projects valued at ₹15,000+ per sq. ft.
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Experience in turnkey residential projects.
