Job Title: PPC Executive (Production Planning)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented PPC Executive to join our team at GJ Papers Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing production planning activities, ensuring smooth operations, and timely delivery of paper production. This role requires a strong understanding of production schedules, resource management, and coordination across various departments to meet organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning:
- Develop and manage production schedules based on customer orders, demand forecasts, and inventory levels.
- Ensure that production is executed on time, in full, and in line with quality standards.
- Plan and prioritize production requirements to optimize resources, minimize downtime, and maximize productivity.
- Coordination with Teams:
- Liaise with the procurement, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure all materials and resources are available for smooth production.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align production schedules with customer demand and sales targets.
- Monitor and adjust production plans based on any changes in demand, material availability, or unforeseen production issues.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, and in-progress production inventory.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials to avoid production delays.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory levels align with production needs.
- Production Tracking & Reporting:
- Track and report production progress, highlighting any delays or issues to management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and analyses to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Continuously assess production processes and make recommendations for improvements in line with industry best practices.
- Quality Control Support:
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure products meet the company's quality standards.
- Help implement corrective actions in production based on feedback or deviations from standards.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify and troubleshoot production challenges in real-time to avoid disruptions in the manufacturing process.
- Develop contingency plans and alternative solutions to mitigate delays and production bottlenecks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum 4 to 7years of experience in production planning or supply chain management, preferably in the paper manufacturing or related industry.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
