Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company-wide quality strategy and policies.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other applicable quality standards.
- Lead QA/QC team for PCBA and component manufacturing processes.
- Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
- Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and conduct supplier audits.
- Ensure adherence to ESD, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present quality reports to top management.
- Conduct internal audits and manage external audits.
- Reduce rejection rates, rework, and warranty claims.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical ).
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Quality Management in electronics manufacturing.
- Strong experience in PCBA quality systems.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 (if applicable), and other relevant standards.
- Certification in Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
