We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating qualified leads, promoting products and services, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote the company's products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, warm calling, and follow-up activities.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into sales while achieving assigned targets.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
- Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate product or service information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the company database or CRM.
- Follow company sales processes, communication standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
