About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Team Lead Frontend Developer (React.js) to drive the design and development of scalable web applications at Celcius Logistics. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to mentor developers, enforce best practices, and deliver high-quality frontend solutions.
This role requires ownership of frontend architecture, close collaboration with backend and product teams, and the ability to lead a growing engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the frontend development using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Design scalable, reusable, and high-performance UI architecture
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Ensure best practices in performance, security, and scalability
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers
- Allocate tasks and manage sprint deliveries
- Conduct technical discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Work closely with Product, UI/UX, and Backend teams
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Ensure alignment between frontend and backend APIs
- Implement unit testing and frontend testing strategies
- Monitor application performance and fix bottlenecks
- Maintain documentation for architecture and workflows
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies
Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
