Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Spoken English Trainer to help students and working professionals improve their English communication skills. The trainer will conduct interactive classroom sessions, prepare lesson plans, assess student progress, and build learners' confidence in speaking English fluently.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Spoken English classes for Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.
- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence formation.
- Improve students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing (LSRW) skills.
- Conduct daily speaking activities, role plays, group discussions, and presentations.
- Help students prepare for interviews, public speaking, and workplace communication.
- Evaluate students through tests, assignments, and speaking assessments.
- Track attendance and maintain student progress reports.
- Prepare lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Encourage students to speak confidently in English during sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve communication skills.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth course delivery.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of English grammar and pronunciation.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Meet/Zoom is an advantage).
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- BA/B.Ed./MA in English or relevant certifications are preferred.
- Spoken English or IELTS/TOEFL/PTE training experience is an added advantage.

Salary

Working Hours
- Full-Time: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (or as per institute schedule)
