Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in designing social media creatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, be comfortable working with AI-based design tools, and be able to deliver visually engaging content aligned with brand goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media posters, creatives, and banners for various platforms
- Use AI design tools to enhance creativity, speed, and visual output
- Adapt designs based on brand guidelines and campaign requirements
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and social media teams
- Create multiple design variations for A/B testing and campaigns
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Strong experience in social media poster design
- Working knowledge of AI tools for design (such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.)
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
- Good understanding of current social media trends and formats
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with team members
