Designation: Production Supervisor

Location: Kim, Surat (Factory Location)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end production operations for packaging products (box, bowl, cup).
- Plan and execute daily/weekly production schedules to meet targets.
- Monitor production performance and ensure optimum machine and manpower utilization.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, GMP, and hygiene requirements.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, QA, and Stores for smooth production flow.
- Analyze production data and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Minimize downtime, rejection, and material wastage.
- Ensure proper line balancing, changeover planning, and production planning.
- Train and guide junior supervisors and machine operators.
- Maintain production reports, MIS, and performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Handle shift operations and resolve production issues effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/packaging industry
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- In-depth knowledge of production processes and packaging machinery
- Understanding of GMP, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of ERP / production reporting systems
- Good communication and coordination skills

Working Conditions:
- Factory environment
- Rotational shifts and extended hours if required
- Responsible for handling production during emergencies
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
