Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewelry showroom team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to assist customers in selecting jewelry items and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing jewelry based on their preferences and budget.
- Explain product details, purity, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Build customer trust and relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.
- Handle billing, packaging, and ensure smooth checkout experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper display of jewelry items in the showroom.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, trends, and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Support inventory checks and stock management.
