Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Kitchen Chief Helper to assist our kitchen team in daily food preparation and kitchen operations. The candidate should maintain cleanliness, support chefs, and ensure smooth kitchen functioning at the resort.
Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and other ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas.
- Help in storing food items properly.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed.
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours and events.
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly.
- Carry raw materials and supplies when required.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of kitchen work and hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hardworking, disciplined, and punctual.
- Teamwork and good communication skills.
- Experience in hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred.
- Flexible to work shifts and weekends.
