Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and execution of solar projects at various project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in solar project execution, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage site operations efficiently while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily solar project installation and execution activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor workforce productivity and maintain site discipline.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Track material requirements and coordinate site logistics.
- Prepare daily progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Resolve site-related issues and escalate critical concerns when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Solar Project Execution or Solar Installation (Mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of Solar PV systems, mounting structures, and electrical connections.
- Ability to read and interpret project drawings and layouts.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Mandatory Requirements
- Prior experience in solar projects is compulsory.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

- Site management and workforce supervision.

- Problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of safety practices in solar installations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
