Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Call assigned or fresh leads, qualify their interest, and guide them through the sales journey to payment closure.
- Consultative Pitch: Understand customer needs and deliver personalized product or service recommendations to overcome objections.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate CRM notes, call dispositions, and promised follow-up timelines for every lead.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly metrics, including talk time, consult bookings, and generated revenue.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven outbound calling, telesales, or inside-sales experience.
- Industry Preference: Backgrounds in SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, or weight-loss programs.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal persuasion in Hindi, English, and regional languages; clear closure mindset.
- Tech-Savviness: Comfortable navigating CRM tools, Excel, and fast-paced metrics-driven environments.
