Coordinate with buyers for order execution and updates Handle bulk orders for corporate retail brands such as D-Mart and Reliance Follow up with production units to ensure timely delivery Coordinate with fabric and trims suppliers Monitor production timelines, quality, and dispatch schedules Maintain proper communication with internal teams and vendors
Requirements: Experience in garment production merchandising Experience handling bulk orders for corporate brands (D-Mart, Reliance, etc.) preferred Strong coordination and follow-up skills Knowledge of men’s bottom wear manufacturing is an advantage
- Planning and organising fabrics and trims etc. as per factory production plan.
- Work experience with corporate buyers.
- Manage sample making process and ready to do field work.
- Responsible for timely execution of local and corporate bulk orders.
- Prepare Costing and Ratios of the products on excel.
- Co ordinating and following up with job workers for dispatch and deliveries.
- Managing stock availability of raw materials and accessories through the supply chain.
- Co ordinating and communicating with clients via email and phone.
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of CorelDraw
