Telecaller / Travel Sales Executive – SWJ Swaraj Tours & Travels
SWJ Swaraj Tours & Travels is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Travel Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, explaining our tour packages, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Salary & Incentives
✅ Fixed Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
OR
✅ Performance-Based Option: ₹5,000 Fixed Salary + 2% Commission on Every Confirmed Booking
Our tour bookings can range from small packages to large group bookings. In some cases, a booking value may reach ₹5,00,000 (5 Lakh) or more.
Example:
- Booking Amount: ₹5,00,000
- 2% Commission: ₹10,000
- Fixed Salary: ₹5,000
- Total Earnings: ₹15,000 (for that month, excluding any additional bookings)
The more bookings you convert, the higher your income potential.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or travel industry is preferred but not mandatory
