Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and performance-driven Video Editor who can produce engaging short-form and long-form content at scale. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering approximately 100 high-quality videos per month while maintaining brand consistency, audience engagement, and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
· Edit and deliver approximately 100 videos per month.
· Create content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and advertisements.
· Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, effects, and sound design.
· Maintain consistency with INOBAL’s brand guidelines.
· Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and leadership teams.
· Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
· Stay updated with social media trends and editing techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 1–3 years of professional video editing experience.
· Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
· Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
· Knowledge of motion graphics and text animation.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Portfolio of previous editing work is mandatory.
