UI/UX Design Trainer
Diginet Academy is hiring a UI/UX Design Trainer for our training center in Thevara, Kochi, Kerala. This is a full-time position offering a salary of ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, along with free accommodation and one paid leave per month. We are looking for a creative and passionate professional with 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or Digital Design who can train and mentor students through recorded and live sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver recorded and live training sessions on UI/UX Design.
- Guide students through design projects, case studies, and portfolio development.
- Conduct design reviews, doubt-clearing sessions, and practical workshops.
- Support curriculum delivery and student learning outcomes.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of UI Design, UX Design, Design Thinking, and User-Centered Design.
- Hands-on experience with Figma and modern design workflows.
- Knowledge of Wireframing, Prototyping, User Flows, Information Architecture, and Design Systems.
- Understanding of User Research, Personas, Journey Mapping, and Usability Testing.
- Ability to create responsive web and mobile app designs.
- Knowledge of Typography, Color Theory, Layout Design, and Visual Hierarchy.
- Familiarity with Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Framer, Webflow, or similar design tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
