Job Description :
Candidate will be responsible for giving Demo and Training on CAD Design Software to Prospective and Existing clients.
Conduct regular webinars to promote CAD products
He/ She need to provide necessary technical and application support to customers
Help Troubleshoot software related issues and escalate the issues to principle software vendors, whenever required, document the same and follow-up till resolution.
Help grow Sales by aligning with internal sales team and coordinating with principle software vendors.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Should possess knowledge on AutoCAD / Sketchup or any other CAD software. Knowledge of 3ds Max would be an added advantage
Keen to do R&D and eager to learn new software
Should be pro-active, self-motivated and self-learner
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must have strong problem-solving skills and ability to withstand challenges
Should be team player and contribute to the team
Willing to be on field and open to Travel outstation, if required.
