Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) with strong expertise in Home Loans and Mortgage Loans. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing team performance, developing business through DSA and banking channels, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) / Mortgage Loans
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve business targets
- Develop strong relationships with bankers, DSAs, and channel partners
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales and team support
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
- Handle customer escalations and ensure smooth loan processing
- Ensure proper documentation and timely case login
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth disbursement
- Prepare daily MIS reports and sales performance updates
- Expand market presence and improve branch productivity
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Home Loans and Mortgage Loans (HL/LAP)
- Team handling and leadership skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- DSA and banking channel management experience
- Strong sales and target-oriented mindset
- Basic to advanced MS Excel knowledge
Qualification:
Experience:
- 5–10 Years in Home Loans & Mortgage Loans
- Loans Sales experience (HL, LAP) – Mandatory
Salary:
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
