Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven IT Sales Manager to lead sales activities, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills with knowledge of IT services and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Manage and grow client relationships
- Develop sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Coordinate with the technical team for project requirements
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records
- Identify new market opportunities and business expansion plans
- Train and guide the sales team for better performance
Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Knowledge of IT services, software, and digital solutions
- Good leadership and team management abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- MBA will be an added advantage
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development
