Creative Nexus is looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Specialist to help us expand our client base and grow our agency's footprint across India.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll own the full BD pipeline — from identifying and researching potential clients to pitching our services and nurturing long-term relationships. Day to day, this means qualifying leads, coordinating with our creative and marketing teams to build compelling proposals, managing CRM records, and actively driving revenue growth for the agency.
What We're Looking For
We need someone with at least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition — ideally within a digital marketing, creative, or agency environment. A solid understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Video Production) is a strong plus and will set you apart.
Beyond experience, you should be self-motivated, highly organised, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup. Strong communication and negotiation skills are non-negotiable.
