We are seeking a dynamic Venture Manager with a strong understanding of the fashion and lifestyle ecosystem, including designer relations, sponsorships, fashion shows, and event production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in conceptualizing, promoting, and executing fashion weeks, runway shows, luxury events, and brand activations, with a sharp ability to leverage brand partnerships and sponsorships to maximize impact and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute fashion weeks, runway shows, designer showcases, exhibitions, and luxury brand activations
- Identify, pitch, negotiate, and manage sponsorships and brand partnerships
- Collaborate with designers, models, stylists, makeup artists, influencers, choreographers, and production teams
- Manage budgets, timelines, contracts, and event logistics to ensure seamless execution
- Develop marketing, PR, and promotional strategies to enhance audience engagement and brand Visibilty
- Oversee on-ground execution including backstage management, show flow, production, and branding
- Coordinate fittings, rehearsals, model lineups, and designer requirements
- Track and analyze event performance, sponsorship ROI, media coverage, and audience metrics
- Prepare post-event reports and presentations for internal teams and partners
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
