Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire bidding process on GeM Portal – from searching relevant tenders to final submission and follow-up.
Identify, evaluate, and apply for Government tenders related to IT, software, and mobile app development services.
Prepare, upload, and manage technical and financial bids on GeM and other e-procurement portals.
Coordinate with internal departments (technical and finance) to prepare tender documentation and compliance requirements.
Monitor bid progress, respond to tender clarifications, and handle pre/post-bid queries.
Maintain proper documentation for all tenders, submissions, and outcomes.
Stay updated on changes in GeM policies, guidelines, and tendering procedures.
Develop and maintain relationships with government departments and agencies for business opportunities.
Track competitor activities and pricing to enhance bidding strategies.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Proven experience working on GeM Portal (Government e-Marketplace) and other e-tendering platforms.
Good understanding of tender documentation, EMD, PBG, and procurement procedures.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).
Basic knowledge of IT services, software development, and mobile app technologies.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF tools.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or any related field.
1–2 years of hands-on experience in online bidding/tendering via GeM.
Experience in bidding for IT/software-related projects will be a strong advantage.
