Visual Designer – 9-Month Contract

About the Role
L.E.K. Consulting is looking for a creative and skilled Visual Designer to join the team on a 9-month contractual assignment.
We are looking for someone with strong hands-on expertise across the Adobe Creative Suite, along with experience in graphic design, animation, motion graphics, and video editing. The role will involve creating high-quality visual content to support the firm’s brand, communications, and digital requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets using the Adobe Creative Suite.
Create motion graphics and animations for digital and marketing requirements.
Edit and produce polished video content for different platforms.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience
Prior professional experience in graphic/visual design, supported by a strong portfolio.
Strong proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe InDesign
Hands-on experience with animation and motion graphics.
Strong video editing capabilities.
Good understanding of layout, typography, and visual composition.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage timelines effectively.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have
Exposure to UI/UX or web design tools.
Awareness of current graphic design, digital, and video trends.
Basic knowledge of sound design or audio editing.
