Realta Spaces is looking for a creative and talented Video Editor cum Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and digital content creation, with the ability to produce high-quality videos and creative designs that enhance our brand presence across digital and print platforms.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on real estate marketing campaigns, project launches, corporate branding, social media content, and promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities Video Editing & Content Creation
- Edit professional promotional, corporate, and project videos.
- Create engaging reels, YouTube videos, advertisements, and client presentations.
- Produce drone footage edits, walkthrough videos, testimonials, and event highlights.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, voiceovers, background music, and visual effects.
- Optimize videos for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Graphic Design & Branding
- Design brochures, flyers, banners, standees, hoardings, project presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Create engaging social media creatives, digital advertisements, and branding material.
- Develop visual concepts that align with the company's brand identity.
- Design corporate presentations, pitch decks, and promotional campaigns.
Digital Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns.
- Develop content for property launches, festive campaigns, recruitment drives, and corporate events.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels.
Creative Planning
- Conceptualize innovative marketing ideas for real estate projects.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, architects, and sales teams to create impactful content.
- Stay updated with current design trends, AI tools, and digital marketing practices.
Software Skills
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Coral Draw
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- Canva
- Lightroom
- CapCut (preferred)
- DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field.3–6 yearsof experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong creative portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design projects.
