Job Summary
GNS Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counselors / Business Development Executives to guide students and working professionals for IT training programs such as Networking, Cloud Computing, CCNA, CCNP, Python Full Stack, Java Full Stack, System Engineering, and other career-oriented courses.
The candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for counseling, sales, and career guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online leads
- Explain course details, career opportunities, and placement support
- Counsel students regarding suitable IT courses
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain lead database and daily follow-up records
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with trainers and management team
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and sales mindset
- Ability to work on targets
- Fluent in English, Hindi, or Marathi
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in education counseling, telecalling, admissions, or sales is preferred
- Graduation preferred but not mandatory for deserving candidates
