Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct cold calling to prospective students and parents.
● Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students for JEE/NEET programmes.
● Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and academic offerings.
● Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to sales conversion.
● Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
● Maintain proper documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
● Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the Team Leader.
● Follow up with prospective leads to maximise admissions.
● Assist students in making informed academic and career decisions.
Requirements:
● Strong knowledge of the JEE/NEET curriculum and student requirements.
● Excellent communication skills (regional language / English preferred).
● Strong negotiation skills and ability to convert leads.
● Proven experience in end-to-end sales (education industry preferred).
● Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
● Good organisational and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
