Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive for agricultural machinery. The candidate will visit farmers directly, promote our products, and build strong relationships with customers. The role requires good knowledge of agriculture equipment, basic service understanding, and excellent communication skills to guide farmers about product usage and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit farmers a in nearby areas to promote company products.
- Demonstrate agricultural machinery and explain product features and benefits.
- Generate new sales leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Provide basic service guidance and support to farmers when required.
- Conduct field visits and market surveys to understand farmers’ needs.
- Coordinate with the service team for customer support and problem resolution.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update data in Excel.
Requirements:
- Experience in agricultural machinery sales preferred.
- Basic knowledge of service and maintenance of agricultural equipment.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to travel to villages and meet farmers regularly.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in products like rotavator, super seeder, mulcher, laser land leveler, straw reaper, potato digger, etc.
- Local language knowledge (Punjabi/Hindi) is an advantage.

Competitive salary + incentives based on sales performance.
