Job Role : OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors for office requirements.
- Maintain office records, documents, files, and administrative databases.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage conference room bookings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics when required.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, couriers, and general office correspondence.
- Support employee administrative needs and ensure a well-organized work environment.
- Track office assets and assist with procurement and purchasing activities.
- Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and workplace safety standards.
- Prepare administrative reports and support management with routine office tasks.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with relevant administrative experience.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, multitasking, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
