Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Supervise daily construction work at the project site.
* Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
* Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
* Prepare daily work reports and maintain site records.
* Manage labor and material requirements at the site.
* Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
* Ensure project milestones are achieved within the scheduled timeline.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
0-1 yrs of experience in site execution
Driving skill required
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Good knowledge of construction techinques and materials
Candidates residing in Ernakulam preferred

* Language - Malayalam, English, hindi
