Role: Business Analyst
Skill: Business Analyst with Capital Markets and Settlements domain experience (Private Equity, Drawdown)
Location: Mumbai
Job Description:
- Elicit, analyze, specify and validate the business needs of stakeholders
- Documenting and communicating the results with Business and technology team
- Maintaining & presenting the user stories to business users
- Conduct Testing as per project requirements
- Participate in scrum meetings
- Create Requirement Strategy, Requirement scope, Requirement Plan, Manage BA resource, End to End Business Analysis/Architecture knowledge
- Create as-is/to-be process maps, customer journeys.
- Provides requirements consultancy to development and test teams.
- Contribute to IT readiness, product launch activities. Provide business readiness support wrt training, process documents etc.
Expected Skills:
- Extensive experience in business analysis and requirements elicitation
- Experience in Private Equity Domain
- Preferred knowledge of Investran (Private Equity fund accounting platform)
- Experience working with stakeholders at different levels (business as well as technical)
- Experience in business and IT Readiness activities during solution roll out
